Consent to the storage and processing of medical documents

Before you upload anything, we want you to understand exactly what will happen with your documents. There is no fine print here.

What you give us

Your medical documents — files in any form (scans, photos, discharge summaries, lab results) — and your answers to a questionnaire: the medications you take, allergies, surgeries and implants, what concerns you.

What we do with them

We assemble your medical history into a single verifiable picture and prepare a report: what deserves attention and what the official labels say about your medications. Software and AI models take part in the processing; every statement in the report is checked against your own documents before it reaches you.

Where it is stored

On Controlled's secured server and on the service's work computer. Your data is not sold and not shared with anyone. Only medication names go out to external references (such as the FDA's open drug database) — without your name and without anything else about you.

Who sees it

The service operator handling your request, and AI models at the moment of processing. No one else.

How we write to you

Only to the address you give us, and only for these: a one-time code when you ask for one to come back in; if we have questions about your documents, one invitation to come back and at most one reminder; the news that your report is ready; and the confirmation that your data has been deleted.

How to delete it

Write to us from the address you registered with — we will delete all your documents and data and confirm the deletion by email.

What you get — and what this is not

You will receive material for a conversation with your doctor. It is not a diagnosis, not a prescription, and not medical care. We do not replace your doctor — we prepare you to meet them. If you feel unwell right now, see a doctor or call emergency services, not us.

About payment

The service is currently free. In return, we will ask you to tell us in detail what was useful and what was not.
